Practical systems for research, projects, learning, and decisions
These resources translate methods I use in research, writing, project management, curriculum design, and analysis into reusable tools. The standard is consistent: ask for the minimum useful input, automate repetitive work, label what the user needs to do, and return the maximum meaningful output.

From question to defensible synthesis
APA 7 paper structure, research planning, source logging, evidence matrices, literature synthesis, drafting, and revision QA.
Plan once, surface what needs attention
Dependency-based schedules, automated Gantt views, RACI QA, risk tracking, status logic, and executive-ready project views.
Turn expertise into a teachable experience
Workshop timing, objective alignment, participant materials, assessment coverage, accessibility prompts, and publication QA.
Make tradeoffs visible
Weighted prioritization, needs assessment, evidence/confidence tracking, must-have gates, scenario comparison, and sensitivity testing.
Prepare evidence, not a performance
Role analysis, reusable interview story banks, answer planning, thoughtful questions, logistics, follow-up, and two-way opportunity evaluation.
Current resource set
Readability, lexical diversity, KWIC concordance, PMI-scored collocations, grouped document-aware corpora, document reordering/removal, visible focus/reference roles, single- or multi-document keyness references, source-free corpus setup save/restore, structured target/reference comparison tables, visual corpus profiles, lexical similarity and keyness, and side-by-side comparison—with text processed locally in the browser.
Word template + participant guide + automated research planner.
Source → finding → theme → contradiction → qualified synthesis.
Plan, Gantt, RACI, risks/issues, dashboard, and schedule QA.
Backward design from learner context and authentic performance through scaffolded practice, transfer, handoff, and revision.
Timing, alignment, materials, assessment coverage, and publish-ready output.
Weights, gates, evidence, confidence, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis.
Instrument QA, response cleaning, item summaries, segmentation, gap prioritization, open-text coding, findings, and dashboard.
Methods planning, participant/data mapping, consent, privacy, recruitment/justice checks, review-packet tracking, decision logging, and readiness dashboard.
SPSS-ready variable dictionary, hypothesis planning, candidate-analysis routing, data QA, assumptions, results interpretation, reporting checks, and dashboard.
Role analysis, organization research, evidence-bank prompts, question planning, logistics, follow-up, and opportunity evaluation.
Reusable story bank, question-to-story mapping, 90-second answer planning, interviewer questions, debrief, and evidence-quality checks.
Evidence recovery, defensible quantification, confidentiality checks, and reuse across résumés, interviews, portfolios, reviews, and cover letters.
Object decomposition, user stories, interface choices, genetic views, context of use, provenance, uncertainty, accessibility, and testing for digital editions and evidence-rich interfaces.
Ten passes from purpose, argument, evidence, and structure through sentence-level editing, accessibility, and final proofreading.
How the tools are built
- Minimum input: enter only what the system cannot infer.
- Maximum useful output: formulas, flags, summaries, schedules, matrices, and dashboards populate automatically where appropriate.
- Instructions inside the artifact: every tool includes START HERE guidance, examples, and explicit edit labels.
- Accessible by design: meaning is not carried by color alone.
- Transparent automation: clerical work is automated; judgment remains visible.
Publication standard
Public resources use synthetic, generic, public-domain, openly licensed, or otherwise shareable examples. They do not reproduce confidential employer, client, learner, member, or proprietary program data.
Each release is checked for formula errors, participant instructions, accessibility cues, and obvious privacy/security risks before download links are made public.
